Long Cheng wrinkled his nose at Long Teng’s words.
Not only was Long Cheng in disbelief, Long Lie, Long Ye and Long Shuangshuang were skeptical at Long Teng’s words.
Yet, Long Teng only smiled without countering Long Lie’s words. The truth would come out soon.
Inside the Labyrinth, Su Mo had already begun his cultivation, not participating in the stealing of treasures in the Labyrinth.
He was very peaceful as no other slave went to where he was.
The large Labyrinth had more than five hundred treasures and most people would have found them.
Among these five hundred items were Spiritual Fruits, Spiritual Grass, weapons and some unique items.
Every item was unique and although they were useless to the Dragon Tribesmen, they were useful for the average human martial artist and the other races.
The bloodbath of stealing treasures continued in the Labyrinth. Many people fell dead and many people were ousted.
Not long later, less than ten percent of the original two million slaves that had entered the Labyrinth were left.
Many people had been ousted or were killed but the higher-ups of the Dragon Tribe did not bat an eyelid over these slaves’ lives.
Even the masters of these slaves would not be upset over their deaths. After all, them dying only meant that they were not strong enough.
Si Kongyan was incredibly strong and he ousted slaves one by one.
However, he did not strike with the intention to kill. He knew that he could not be vicious as his and Su Mo’s identities were sensitive.
Treasures were limited and Si Kongyan had walked over more than a thousand paths and ousted around five to six hundred slaves, but he only obtained a treasure.
The entire Labyrinth could be observed by outsiders. Through blood battles, it could be seen who the strong slaves were.
Naturally, Si Kongyan, Long Lie’s two slaves, Ning Xue and Bing’er, Long Ye’s slave Shi Kun and Long Shuangshuang’s female slave were all top talents who could not be rivalled.
Although Long Cheng’s slave Wu Quan had lost to Si Kongyan, he was still strong and managed to defeat quite a number of others.
Aside from these six, there were around a dozen other slaves who were a sight to see.
Su Mo had been mostly forgotten since he was calmly cultivating in a corner.
Below a tall wall, Su Mo sat down with his eyes closed. He could almost be mistaken for a meditating monk.
At that point, he suddenly opened his eyes. A mirage of a gate appeared behind him.
This door frame was like a white shadow that slowly shifted behind him.
“It finally appeared!”
Su Mo sighed slightly before he stood up. He needed to guard the exit and hence had to follow exactly where the door went.
Very quickly, the gateway left the pathway and shifted to the left.
Su Mo followed accordingly. Since there were many high walls, he had to take a wider route.
Just like that, Su Mo spent the next few moments following exactly where the gateway went.
Sometimes, the gateway moved along the paths and Su Mo could follow through with it.
However, when the gateway passed through walls, Su Mo had to find a way around.
This puzzling scene attracted everyone’s attention in the outside world.
“That person is Long Teng’s slave right? What is he doing?”
“He is not coming out even after getting to the gateway? What is he planning?”
“This man must be very strong!”
Outside the Labyrinth, many Dragon Tribesmen who saw Su Mo started to chatter amongst themselves.
Long Lie, Long Cheng, Long Ye and Long Shuangshuang were all intrigued by the scene.
“Long Teng, your slave can’t possibly be standing guard at the gateway to steal from others, right?” Long Cheng recalled Long Teng’s previous words and hesitantly asked.
Long Teng had said that his slave would be the biggest winner. As such, it would be a plan of the slave to follow the gateway wherever it went.
“He must be doing that!” Long Teng had his hands behind his back as he calmly nodded.
“Ha ha ha!” Long Cheng immediately burst into laughter as though he had heard the world’s biggest joke.
“Long Teng, you must be kidding right?” Long Lie wore an incredulous look. He had never heard of such a plan.
After all, such a plan would be the slave digging his own grave by making all the other slaves his enemy.
Long Ye and Long Shuangshuang stared at Long Teng nervously. If that was the case, Long Teng’s slave would be outraged.
“I never joke around!” Long Teng said with conviction. He did not need to hide anything as the truth would show itself.
“Outrageous!”
Long Cheng scoffed. With a mocking look, he questioned, “Long Teng, could this slave of yours be even stronger than Si Kongyan?”
There was no denying that Long Cheng felt that the situation was odd. It was simply incredulous. Even with his strength, Long Cheng would not do what the slave was planning to do.
“Hehe, things will unfold as the person wishes them to. Let’s look at the outcome!” Long Teng laughed. He couldn’t be bothered to explain as things were about to unfold.
In the high sky, the two middle aged Dragon Tribe members started to take notice of Su Mo.
However, they didn’t take any action. No matter what, the rules allowed slaves to steal treasures from each other.
Inside the Labyrinth.
Su Mo followed the gateway closely. A few moments later, someone arrived.
A tall, burly young man sped towards the gateway at the speed of light.
This man was from a demonic tribe as he was nine feet tall. Thick fur covered his body and a long beard grew from his chin, masking the Demonic Qi around him.
However, the aura of the man was thin and it was obvious that he was injured.
“Finally found it!” The young man stared at the gateway and broke out into smiles. He had been chased by others for a long time and he had finally found the gateway.
Shoosh!
Speeding up, the young man dashed towards the gateway. All of a sudden, bright light flashed and a figure blocked the gateway.
“Hand over your treasures and you can leave!” Su Mo smiled warmly as he demanded in a calm manner.
“Seeking your own death!” The young man shouted. Instantly, his body morphed into a green lion that was as big as a normal elephant.
The lion pounced forward towards Su Mo, its speed suddenly increasing sharply.
“Roar!”
A fierce roar reverberated through the Labyrinth as a strong sound wave emerged from the lion. Like a tsunami, the soundwave cracked the Empty Space as it swept towards Su Mo.
This sound wave was strong and average martial artists would be killed instantly with both the body and Spiritual Soul perishing if met in a same cultivation rank fight.
Even top prodigies would be injured by the soundwave if their combat strength was too weak. A light injury would see the Spiritual Soul injured while a severe injury could even cause the eternal crippling of the Spiritual Soul.
Furthermore, there was no way to dodge a soundwave and one could only face it head on.
However, this demonic slave would never imagined that the opponent he was facing was a terrifying existence.
