The Ice-Cold Executive Gets A Wife Novel - Chapter 102
Chapter 102: Stay Away From Sophia
Money? That was not all she wanted. She wanted both money and Sebastian.
When Daisy heard what Sebastian said, she felt stabbed in the heart. Her face turned pale, but she quickly recovered. She had a lot of experience dealing with men.
“Sebastian, I only want to talk to you,” Daisy said.
“No,” Sebastian answered curtly without giving her any leeway. “And don’t call me by my name.”
Daisy was unwilling to accept defeat. She wanted to leave a good impression on Sebastian’s heart.
“If I don’t call you by your name, I’ll call you ‘bro’. After all, we graduated from the same school.”
Sebastian heard Daisy and stopped in his tracks. He immediately turned to look at her.
“Shut up. Don’t call me that either.” Sebastian was a little agitated.
Only Sophia could call him ‘bro’, only Sophia. But Sophia got into that goddamned guy’s car earlier! That playboy, Norman.
That yellow-haired brat got Sophia pregnant. Yet, he was stuck with this… Daisy. When he thought of this, Sebastian clenched his fists tightly.
This woman would always appear in front of him whenever she was free. Like other women, she wanted to use him to get to the top.
“What do you want? Just ask for it,” Sebastian suddenly said.
“Sebastian, I’ve said it before. I don’t want anything. I just like you.” Daisy hesitated and still said his name.
Sebastian’s face twisted angrily when he heard her.
“We only had a one-night stand.” Sebastian wanted to leave as soon as possible. Although it was almost 11 0’clock, there were still employees working overtime. He didn’t want others to see him with this woman.
“Yes. A one-night stand.” Daisy repeated Sebastian’s words in a low voice.
“It’s just that I’m in love with you now.” She stared unblinkingly at Sebastian. It was rare for a man to be unmoved by her innocent look.
What she said was also the truth. She felt that she had fallen in love with Sebastian when she first met him.
“Stop talking. You don’t have to say anything.” Sebastian was very firm.
“I’m not interested in women.”
“But you’re only not interested in me. Are you interested in other women? Are you telling me you don’t have feelings for Sophia?” Daisy asked. The moment she said it, she regretted it. She realized that she shouldn’t have said that.
“It has nothing to do with you. If you don’t leave, I won’t be nice to you,” Sebastian warned fiercely. He sounded very impatient.
He never liked being threatened by others. Especially women! Moreover, why did this woman mention Sophia? Why did she think that she could be compared to Sophia? Was she even worthy?
His words made Daisy’s heart tremble. She was a little flustered, but then she calmed down.
She felt that she was asking for trouble, but she was unwilling to leave just like that. She felt like her charm shouldn’t be snuffed out like this.
“Sebastian, do you know how cruel you are?” Daisy couldn’t control her emotions. “It’s okay if you don’t like me, but you can’t stop me from liking you!” She still didn’t want to give up on her goal.
“What makes you think you are worth my attention?” Sebastian said, filled with contempt and disdain.
Sebastian’s words stabbed Daisy’s heart. Everyone had adored her since she was young. She had never been so despised. Now that Sebastian had said this, she felt awful.
She thought of ways to continue saving her image in Sebastian’s mind. After all, he was so perfect and rich that she couldn’t just let him escape.
But just as she was racking her brain, someone suddenly grabbed her hand.
Sebastian pulled Daisy to his side and pressed her against the car door.
Just when Daisy thought that the plot she had imagined thousands of times was about to happen…
“I’m warning you. You’d better not play any tricks,” Sebastian warned. He looked Daisy in the eyes and enunciated each word threateningly. “Otherwise, you will live the consequences.”
His voice was cold and sharp.
Daisy had never heard this before. No one ever talked to her like this.
Daisy had always been spoiled, and now she was a little afraid. She knew that if Sebastian wanted to do something, she wouldn’t be able to protect herself. She looked at Sebastian in fear and hoped that he would let go of her.
Seeing Daisy’s frightened look, Sebastian suddenly realized that Daisy was still Anita’s friend.
“I won’t hurt you. I only want to give you a stern warning.” Although his tone had softened, it was still cold.
“But…” Daisy realized that he still wanted to refute.
“No but’s. If you want to stay in NRTE, stay away from me. Stay away from Sophia! Otherwise, leave.” After Sebastian said that, he let go of her, got into his car, and drove away..
