Pampered By Mr President ! - Chapter 126
Chapter 126: I Love Seeing You Fangirl Over Me
Mu Siyin stood rooted to the ground as she stared at Shi Beiyu and shook her head. Seeing this, Shi Beiyu raised an eyebrow and asked, “What are you waiting for?”
Mu Siyin’s daydream was cut short as she squinted her eyes and paced towards him.
Shi Beiyu smiled when he saw Mu Siyin run over as happy as a little bird. He then lifted his arms to open the door. Just as she arrived at the car, he pulled her into the vehicle and placed her onto his lap.
“What were you daydreaming about just now?”
Mu Siyin smiled mysteriously. “Guess.”
Shi Beiyu narrowed his beautiful eyes and looked at Mu Siyin arrogantly. “Were you captivated by me?”
Mu Siyin suddenly widened her eyes. “How did you know?”
The smile on his face deepened. Meanwhile, Yan Ze, who was sitting in the driver’s seat, felt as if he had just been beaten up.
This couple was really flashing their affections whenever they could!
Partition!
He had to put up the partition quickly!
Shi Beiyu noticed the look in Yan Ze’s eyes as the latter put on the partition between them. After they were given privacy, Shi Beiyu raised his hands to pinch Mu Siyin’s face and muttered, “It was written all over your face.”
Mu Siyin raised her eyebrow in surprise. “Was I that obvious?”
“Of course.”
Mu Siyin grunted lightly when she heard this. “I have to be more careful next time. I don’t want you to see through me again.”
Shi Beiyu raised his eyebrow this time. “Do you hate me seeing through you?”
“I don’t want you to get ahead of yourself.”
Shi Beiyu looked at her with his deep-set eyes. His voice was captivating as he said, “I love seeing you fangirl over me.”
Mu Siyin blushed at his sweet nothings.
“Y-You’re showing off now!”
Shi Beiyu burst out laughing. His laughter was steady and soft, yet it made Mu Siyin dazzled.
She was starting to get annoyed with herself for becoming a fangirl. This could not happen!
Upon realizing that Mu Siyin was finally comfortable with lying in his arms, he could not resist caressing her long crow-black hair that fell over her shoulders like a waterfall. He whispered in her ears, “I’m bringing you to see my friends tonight.”
Mu Siyin widened her eyes as she lifted her chin to gaze at him. “See your friends?”
Shi Beiyu nodded. “Yeah. Don’t be so excited.”
Mu Siyin creased her forehead and pulled a long face. How was she excited?
“Why are we meeting them all of a sudden?”
Honestly, she did not know Shi Beiyu’s friends that well. She had met them a few times in her past life, and they struck her as a capable, interesting group of men.
She had already met Huo Sikai, the God among the gynecologists; and also Shiran, the person who was paranoid and had a lot of weird habits. She had met them many times before.
However, she had yet to meet Shi Mo, the workaholic; and also Leng Jiuchen, the famous general.
Oh, right. There was also that little spice bomb, Leng Jiao. Although she was small, she had a fiery temper and was a capable woman. She could always be seen chasing after and yelling at Huo Sikai. She was Leng Jiuchen’s little sister who worked in the special forces.
These five were his sworn buddies and his childhood friends. There was no need to explain how close they were.
Shi Beiyu noticed Mu Siyin’s hesitation. He could not help but raise his eyebrow in suspicion. “Why? Don’t you want to go?”
Mu Siyin instantly plastered a smile across her face and shook her head. “No, it’s not that. You know how shy and nervous I am.”
After all, they were big shots, and she was nothing but small fry compared to them. She would never dare look them in the eye if she ever stood in front of them.
Shi Beiyu lifted his hand to stroke her head. He gazed at her lovingly like she was his treasure. “Don’t be nervous. I’m here.”
Mu Siyin nodded her head. “Okay.”
It was 7:00 p.m. when they arrived at the Royale Hotel.
Shi Beiyu led the way for Mu Siyin as they walked from the underground parking to the passageway built specially to reach the hotel. They did not meet many people along the way, and those who had met them were probably still too star-struck to come back to their senses.
