With a shake of his hands, the empty cartridges fell out. Then he put the two guns in one hand and quickly took two cartridges from the belt hanging on his waist. He quickly inserted them into the gun and gently pulled the trigger. The barrel holster returned to its original position and the bullets were loaded again.
However, Wesley did not get up immediately. Instead, he took out the grenade that was hanging in the lining of his jacket. The lining of Wesley’s leather jacket had a lot of holes in it that he could use to hang the grenade. He pulled the tab and threw it in. Then, with two bangs, Wesley got up and jumped in.
He glanced around instantly. Even if he couldn’t remember it, Apple could. Wesley started to rush forward. The people here were very slow. Wesley immediately opened fire.
The first target was the guy who was about to raise his gun. “One person at six o’clock, nine o’clock, one o’clock…” Apple kept reminding Wesley, and Wesley kept waving his hands and firing his pistol.
The sound of gunshots and some screams came slowly. Everything was happening very slowly. Wesley felt as if he were using gunfighting techniques, but not through precise calculations. But wasn’t that the same?
His body was completely stretched out, and he kept moving as Apple prompted him, but his footsteps were always moving forward. “There’s an ambush at two o’clock.” Wesley immediately lowered his body, and a man stood up on his right side with an assault rifle in his hand and opened fire. Wesley dodged it and raised the pistol in his right hand slightly and shot him three times in the chest.
Some of the assassins grew timid. They wanted to hide and look for an opening. Wesley was still advancing, but his shooting style had changed. His arms began to swing in succession, and the bullets began to move in arcs.
This method of attack made the bunker a liability because they could not see Wesley’s movements or the direction of his attack. Bullets arced around the bunker and hit them in the head, shoulders or legs.
Someone began to panic and tried to run. With a whoosh, a silver-white bullet flew past Wesley’s ear. Wesley clearly saw the pattern on the bullet. It was his father Carlos’s special bullet. Then a man fell behind him. Carlos was supporting him. Fortunately, there were many windows.
With a bang, a door next to him was kicked open and the repairman slowly walked in. The “crack” pistol had just run out of bullets and Wes threw both guns out with force. He didn’t have time to change the clip and had to smash it with the pistol.
The two pistols hit the repairman squarely in the face. His leg was a little lame, probably from the explosion. He was in a rage. He had a revolver in his hand, but he was hit in the face. He lost his balance and fell back. At the same time, Wesley was beside him.
Grabbing him by the collar and holding him in front of him, Wesley pulled the last pistol from behind him with his other hand and pressed it against the mechanic’s forehead, firing at no distance. Wesley pushed the mechanic’s body toward the door as more and more people prepared to rush in.
Wesley used the body of the repairman as a shield, holding the gun in one hand and pulling the trigger repeatedly. Bang, bang, bang, bang, the bullets were fired one by one. As he approached the door, Wesley pushed the repairman forward and his body jumped high into the air. Then his legs kicked out and he kicked the repairman in the front of his chest. The force of the kick sent the body flying out of the door, knocking several people down. Wesley changed a cartridge in the air, but he didn’t have time to adjust his body and fell straight to the ground. Fortunately, the inertia of his forward motion allowed him to slide out.
As Wesley slid, his legs kicked against a corpse and his body stood up again in an instant. He held the gun in one hand and continued to fire. The assassin outside was suppressed. He took the opportunity to lean against the door and then took out another grenade. He pulled the pin and released it. He counted three seconds and threw it gently.
The grenade exploded with a loud bang, and Wesley immediately rushed out. He glanced around, and then Apple’s prompt came. Wesley’s hand was already raised at “two o’clock” and he aimed his gun. A gunshot rang out, and the assassin at two o’clock was shot and fell to the ground.
Looking around, he saw that there was no one alive. Wesley reloaded again and then checked his equipment. For the sake of lightness, he had only brought six grenades with him. Now he had used three. There were still four cartridges left, which was enough. But he still picked up an assault rifle on the ground around him, because he estimated that there were many masters among the rest.
He took out his phone and called Carlos. “Can you see anything on the second floor?” Wesley asked.
“I can see it too clearly. Most of the remaining people should be concentrated. The people in front are all cannon fodder. You have to be careful. Bang.” Wesley heard gunshots from Carlos’s side. “Were you attacked?”
“Don’t worry, he’s just a rookie. He should be a peripheral member. I can’t support you for the time being.”
“Don’t die.” Wesley put down the phone and looked at the assault rifle in his hand. There were not many bullets left. He found a new clip and put it on. He loaded the gun and started to walk upstairs with both hands raised.
This direction was the cafeteria, and next to it was Butcher’s territory. He should be there. Wesley carefully entered the cafeteria, holding the assault rifle steady as he began his search. “Butcher, you’re right here. Come out quickly and let me see how your knife beats the gun.” Wesley provoked Butcher. This guy doesn’t like to use guns.
But the Butcher wasn’t stupid. He was still hiding. Wesley slowly crouched down. There was pork hanging from the whole thing, and at the same time, the light was very dim. Wesley didn’t dare turn on the lights. The Butcher must have been lying in wait first, but the meat would have blocked his upper body, but not his legs.
Now it was a contest of patience. Wesley scanned the situation around him, and at the same time the apple was being compared to different places in the past. This was where Wesley could rely on the apple at the moment.
“Nine o’clock. There’s more meat on the ground there. You wouldn’t have put them there before,” Apple reminded him.
Wesley opened fire immediately. The “da da da” assault rifle kept firing at the same spot, knowing that the bullets were empty. Then he pulled out the long dagger on his right leg and leaned over with it in his hand.
Just as he was about to get close, Wesley’s ears twitched, and then his body went into a crouch. Butcher’s knife missed from behind, and Wesley couldn’t see behind him as he crouched on the ground, but he swept his leg on the spot, and Butcher was hit. His heart beat faster, and Wesley turned the dagger around and plunged it straight down. He didn’t stab the vital part, but the Butcher’s leg.
