Indestructible God King - Chapter 176.1
Chapter 176.1 Long Yu (1/2)
A massive glacial mountain drifted on the water. No one knew for how long. The human-shaped campfire continued to burn on top of the glacier, while on him lay a woman whose body was frozen stiff, with frost all around her. And yet, she started to wake up ahead of Wang Ke, perhaps owing to her overly tenacious life force.
The woman tried getting up, but her weakness pulled her back to the ground.
“Ssss, cold!” The woman curled into a ball. Then she leaned back against the human-shaped bonfire to get some warmth again, and was only able to get back up after some time passed. Her clothes were mostly torn, so she took a plain white dress from her storage bangle to change clothes. Once done, she tried standing up again but staggered and almost fell.
She found a suitable spot, then sat down powerlessly and started regulating her body with a deepening frown.
“Immortal Ice?” the woman muttered with a worried look. She picked up an ice ball beside her and tried squeezing it, but she had no strength at the moment; she couldn’t even crush a small ice ball.
“Heh, I used a forbidden spell during the final explosion. That cost me all my cultivation and all the vital channels in my body shattered in the process. Have I become a useless person now?” the woman muttered to herself, looking grim.
She felt cold again as she spoke, so she had no choice but to return to the humanoid fireplace.
After warming herself, she looked at the sole person next to her with a frown.
“Wang Ke? Why are flames coming out from his pores? I remember when I was escaping the explosion with my forbidden spell, Wang Ke suddenly charged into my tornado? And then…!” said the woman with a troubled look.
She grabbed an icicle beside her, and pointed it at Wang Ke’s neck like she was about to kill him.
“But the flames on his body helped me survive the worst of it” The woman sighed, dropping the icicle. Right then, the human-shaped fireplace moved a finger.
The movement shocked the woman, and she grabbed the icicle again. After all, she had no power anymore; preventing risks was a must. Should I just kill him first?
The woman was shocked by Wang Ke’s sudden movement, thinking that he was going to attack her.
“Blarrggh!” Wang Ke retched.
The woman: “…………..!”
“Blarrgghh, blarrgghh~~~~!”
Wang Ke kept on retching and still felt like his head was spinning; it took him a long time before he could finally settle down. After that, he finally felt that strength was returning to him.
He looked around and saw that he was on the ocean, shrouded with haze, while on top of a glacier.
“What is this place?” Wang Ke looked around in a daze.
Suddenly, he noticed there was a long-haired woman in a white dress. Her eyebrows were sharp, which gave her a gallant look; her egg-shaped face looked beautiful, with perfectly placed features. The white dress made her look tender, soft, while also pure and unsullied. His heart leaped wildly the moment he laid eyes on her.
“Hey Miss, you’re so pretty!” Wang Ke gasped in amazement. But then he looked at himself, and his amazement turned into shock, because all his clothes were gone.
Wang Ke cried out in horror, and used his hands for cover as best as he could. It dawned upon him that he was totally naked. “What!? Don’t look at me! Look away! Where are my clothes? Where?” He was unconscious when the flames surging from his body had already burned his clothes to a crisp.
He nervously felt for his storage bangle and was relieved to find it was still there on his wrist. “Miss, turn your head around! Don’t you feel embarrassed? Why are you trying to look while I’m getting dressed?” Wang Ke shouted.

The woman’s eyes looked calm, though; there was no sign of embarrassment. That behavior really troubled him. Wang Ke tried evading her sight as he put on his clothes; getting dressed was quite the struggle for him.
Wang Ke gave the woman an astonished look. “Miss, why wasn’t I wearing anything?” The woman simply shook her head.
Then Wang Ke asked her nervously, “I was naked… Please tell me you didn’t take advantage of me…”
The woman merely looked at him in silence.
Wang Ke’s face turned grim. “Oh no. I’m keeping my virginity for Youyue! Oh, my innocent and pure body! You’ve seen it all! What should I do now?”
While Wang Ke was panicking, the woman frowned all of a sudden, and frost started to cover her body once again.
“Ahh!” The woman screamed in pain as she curled into a ball.
“Miss, what are you doing? I haven’t even asked you to take responsibility for what happened, and you’re already trying to trick me into compensating you?” Wang Ke was appalled.
He too fell and started spasming.
And so, one of them was curled up and shivering while the other spasmed nonstop. They were like two experts facing off in a compensation-scam arena.
After spasming for some time, Wang Ke realized that the woman had not said a thing. He then opened his eyes and saw she was covered in frost, just about to freeze completely.
“You really scared me there! So you really are sick!” Wang Ke walked up to her immediately.
Wang Ke gasped, then said in shock, “Wah, you’re so cold!”
He took out a matchstick and lit it, then channeled some turbid essence Qi, turning it into a flame for the woman to warm herself. It took a while for the frost to thaw.
The woman’s shivering finally ceased. She looked up at Wang Ke and said, “Thank you!”
“You’re welcome. I thought you were faking to scam something out of me! What’s your name? Why am I here? What happened to you?” Wang Ke asked curiously.
“I’m the Demon Sovereign!” the woman answered.
“Uhhh?” Wang Ke was at a loss. What?
“Oh?” Wang Ke wondered.
After looking at Wang Ke, the woman eventually decided to conceal her true identity.
“I’m Long Yu! I’m the Demon Sovereign’s maidservant! I saw you falling from the sky, so I pulled you out from the sea!” said the woman. (TL: “Long” — dragon; “Yu” — jade.)
“Ahh? You saved me?” Wang Ke was surprised.
Is that so?
