John sat down on a chair without even looking at Karl.

After taking care of some business, he sent a text message to Kathleen.

“Mr. Lambert asked me to come over today. He asked me to pick out the latest clothes for the current season and send them to your house for you to choose from!”

“I’m buying clothes for you!”

John pulled Kathleen to sit on the sofa and looked at her lazily. “I’ve said before that you are mine. You are not allowed to wear shabby clothes!”

“I’m afraid that you don’t have enough, so I’ll buy some more for you to choose from!”

Kathleen was speechless. How could it not be enough? It was just too many clothes! She simply could not wear all these clothes!

“Come, let’s see what you like.” John pulled Kathleen to the side of the rack and said gently, “I had already bought them. You might as well pick what you like!”

Kathleen sighed.

Kathleen thought about it and casually picked up a white coat. “Then this one!”

“This one won’t do. It’s too plain!” John rejected.

She picked out a few pieces of clothing and handed them over to John, but they were all rejected by John for all sorts of reasons.

“Of course!” John stood up and directly picked out over ten pieces of clothing from the rack and handed them over to Kathleen. “I think these are not bad!”

John said in a deep voice, “Kathleen, from today onwards, sit beside me and don’t be too far away from me!”

Kathleen was silent. She stood up and sat on the right side of John.

John nodded with satisfaction. “Very well. Remember, you must always be with me. Don’t leave!”

After the incident regarding Alex and Jimmy, the most common thing that John said to Kathleen was to stay with him and not leave him.
