Chapter 1682: She Took A Nap, And Made Her Husband A Gang Leader

“Lea.” Gu Mengmeng was the most uncomfortable with seeing her men looking wronged yet unwilling to talk about their feelings.

Other than Gregory, the other three were Beast King levels. If they had been randomly thrown back into the Beast World, they would be kings doing whatever they wanted.

How could she bear to let men like them suffer?

Lea smiled bitterly, “To the public, he is the leader. In private, he is the first partner. I have no right to question his decision.”

Gu Mengmeng pulled Lea’s hand, “It’s not like that. Elvis just wanted to use his own capabilities to do things for me, and I just believed him. If it were you, I would have supported you the same way. Lea pursed his lips, asking softly, “You just mentioned, if I wanted to do something for you, you would also support me unconditionally, right?”

“Hmm.” Gu Mengmeng responded.

Lea smiled, “Fine, then keep this promise. You tiny liar, you’re not allowed to go back on your words.”

With that, Lea kissed Gu Mengmeng on her forehead, finally letting her go.

Gu Mengmeng had a hunch that it was as if she had sold herself with that promise, since she did not know what weird requests Lea would make to mess with her.

But it seemed like this matter was finally resolved.

Heaving a sigh of relief, Gu Mengmeng hung back into Elvis’ embrace, looking up, “I heard you and Snake mention something about Fiery Flames?”

Elvis nodded, responding, “According to them, it is the biggest underground gang in F country, with the widest sphere of influence and strongest capabilities. I just took over this gang, and now I am the leader of the Fiery Flames.”

Gu Mengmeng looked at Elvis with wide eyes, surprised. She took a nap and made her husband a gang leader?

Elvis felt uneasy from Gu Mengmeng’s stare, clearing his throat and explained, “Xiao Meng, I have to have the ability to protect you, so whatever happened today will not occur again. So…”

Elvis felt much better seeing how Gu Mengmeng did not get angry over his decision to take over the Fiery Flames, finally heaving a sigh of relief, tension around his body easing.

As long as Gu Mengmeng was not angry, then there was nothing in this world that he would fear.

“The rules of the underground gangs are very similar to the Beast World. The Fiery Flames… seems alike to a strong tribe, and attaining a tribe to me is the easiest and most familiar thing.” The edges of Elvis’ lips curled, clearly finding the underground scene more suited for him as compared to the countless rules of the world above.
