Eloise’s POV:

“So he just hung up on you?” The director looked at me in a daze. His eyes were filled with disbelief.

I nodded stiffly. I didn’t expect this to happen, either. But, in my memory, even when Atticus was disgusted, he would still maintain a bit of rationality.

However, it seemed that he had gone completely crazy.

He probably didn’t want to continue the conversation with me, which was very typical. I didn’t know why, but I felt a little depressed.

The director’s expression wasn’t much better than mine, and she just waved at me.

Since Page had already left, our work progressed a little faster. However, when I thought about how Soren replaced me to go to Atticus’ pack, I still felt a little apologetic.

The resolution of the video was extremely blurry, but when I zoomed in, I realized that the person in the corner was Lisa, and the person beside her was the boy, Hugo. But, of course, it was not entirely correct to call him a boy. He just looked relatively thin and weak. But why was he there?

Perhaps she didn’t like Atticus at all.
