A day later.

Grimm calmly halted on the ground, his eyes underneath his mask incomparably tranquil. He wasn’t the slightest bit flustered from getting caught in some large-scale magic interdiction[1].

Golden rays floated up from between the valley of Claudia’s breasts forming a pink shield. Over a hundred fiery flying scorpions revolved around her, swirling in the air.

Claudia sensed the frightening power of the interdiction encompassing them and her complexion turned incomparably pale from horror. “There are actually so many strong students in this area? Not to mention that two of those troublesome fellows from before had actually escaped from you. Ordinary students would be absolutely incapable of placing this interdiction. No wonder all of the three students had chain marks almost worth 2000 points!”

Grimm was indifferent. “This magic interdiction is indeed very marvelous. However, concealed in the interdiction waves, there should be a student that’s good at manipulating mental strength illusory mirrors.”

That’s right. To be able to make Grimm and Claudia unwittingly get caught in this interdiction, Grimm first called to mind the mental strength illusory mirror within the ruined tower[2] it was similar to. The little Third Junior Sister with cyan hair was sitting upright before a 3-meters tall temporary small altar. Other than the mythical animal head dripping blood in front of her, there were two candles burning with green flames, a curved incense burning, and a pile of middle-grade magic stones arranged into a wondrous magic array.

The cyan-haired girl was firmly holding a crystal ball which was emitting intense space waves. She anxiously replied, “That female student’s badge can be triggered at any time to make her leave the Mysterious Realm. However, there is no reaction as to where the masked student’s badge is. It’s not that he was stupid enough to have thrown the badge away—just that he possesses some kind of space item and has stored it in one.”

This student called Third Sister was actually a Sorcerer-Apprentice who studied space power and mysticism!

And according to their conversation, this girl could actually actively trigger other students’ badges, forcing the other students to leave the Holy Tower Tryouts Mysterious Realm!

This kind of wisdom was practically identical to how Claudia had ingeniously used her wits to take an alternate route!

Suddenly, lightning fell from the sky, scaring Claudia to the point where she was about to use some kind of sorcery to block this bolt of thunder. However, Grimm was a step ahead and pulled Claudia to a stop. Space twisted in an empty area where the bolt of lightning struck.

Following the crack of thunder, a wide expanse of black soil exploded as the electric sparks dispersed.

“One,” Grimm muttered to himself as he appeared in the distance.

Grimm’s eyes underneath the Ashen Mask noted the location of an energy node, before he looked toward another direction where the earth intermittently trembled. Over ten earth giants that were 2-meters in height slowly rose out of the ground, standing. Without exception, heads were firmly shaken before a vast stretch of dust fell. Following that, their feets sunk into the ground as they charged toward Grimm and Claudia while making rumbling noises.

“Two,” Grimm once again murmured to himself.

At this moment, violent magic waves surged from the left side, after which fierce wind and fire elements appeared at the same time. Subsequently, under the pull of some kind of abstruse force, they gradually combined together and formed a 7-to-8 meter high fire tornado!

Even Grimm couldn’t prevent his eye from twitching upon witnessing this high-level difficult assist-type sorcery. But he still mumbled to himself a single phrase, “Four is enough.”
