Chapter 104 The Book All Kinds of Herbs
Tang Nuo took out the silver needles and inserted more than ten of them into Zhao Yuan’s head and neck. She did it nimbly, and it could be seen that she was good at it.

The demon girl sat in the bamboo chair and looked at them. She suddenly got up and approached them slowly. Tang Nuo took out a long needle in the end, which was longer than those inserted, with the needle tip on Zhao Yuan’s throat. She said in a low voice, “Don’t move. I will help you lead the poisonous liquid out.”

In the beginning, Zhao Yuan doubted Tang Nuo, but now he trusted her more obviously and nodded slightly. Tang Nuo moved the long needle forward and stabbed his throat gently. He trembled, and Yang Ning saw everything clearly, finding that after the silver needle was inserted, blood flew out from behind.

Under the light, the blood was dark purple with a stink.

Yang Ning just thought that smell was terrible and raised his hand to cover his nose. The demon girl was just a few steps away from Tang Nuo, staring at Zhao Yuan’s throat. Yang Ning thought she was watching Tang Nuo treat the patient and wondered if this demon girl intentionally poisoned them because she wanted to take the chance to secretly learn the acupuncture treatment from Tang Nuo.

Suddenly he saw that the demon girl raised her arm and aimed at Tang Nuo. Yang Ning knew this girl was heartless and attacked surprisingly, so he shouted at once, “Be careful.”

As expected, he saw that she tried to beat Tang Nuo several times at high speed.

Yang Ning was furious as this demon girl was incorrigible, but he saw that Tang Nuo move quickly and lightly over a surface. After she fell on the floor, she looked at the demon girl expressionlessly. Yang Ning thought she would get mad, but there was no anger in her eyes. Instead, there were helplessness and sympathy.

“You have become much more powerful.” The demon girl didn’t feel guilty but laughed. “I didn’t want to hurt you but to see how much you have promoted your strength.”

Tang Nuo responded impassively, “I haven’t seen you for ages, but you didn’t change at all. Instead, you become more reckless. Qiu Qianyi leads you to the way of using poison, but doesn’t that person care?”

“Who is that person as you said?” The demon girl showed a bright smile. “My master is the poison king in Nine Creek. If he doesn’t teach me to use poison, what else can he teach me?”

Tang Nuo sighed lightly. “You’d better leave here at once. Don’t blame me. I have reminded you.”

“I know you don’t want to kill me.” The demon girl blinked. “If you really plan to kill me, I have died long ago. I haven’t seen you for many years and wanted to see you. Now I see you, and I won’t leave so soon.”

Tang Nuo ignored her and came back to Zhao Yuan. She pushed the silver needle closer to his throat and the poisonous blood flowing out was thicker.

Meanwhile Yang Ning pondered in his heart. This demon girl was not far away from him, and although he hadn’t recovered, and his Cold Blade was occupied by her, it was the best time to control her. As long as he could control the demon girl, he would take the initiative.

He looked calm, but he was prepared to suddenly take actions to control the demon girl.

The demon girl seemed not to notice Yang Ning’s intention. She was only three or four steps away from him, but she moved one step backward, so she was closer to him. Suddenly sharp sounds could be heard. The monkey with white hair Bai Ling which had gone somewhere jumped in from the window. It was familiar with the room and ran to the bamboo chair to sit down. It was smart and naughty. Seeing that, the demon girl walked over and raised her hand. “Bad monkey, get out. This is my seat.”

Bai Ling didn’t fear the demon girl at all and even yelled at her several times. It didn’t plan to give the seat to her. The demon girl raised her hand and tried to beat it. Bai Ling reacted quickly and jumped down from the bamboo chair. The demon girl saw that and covered her mouth to giggle, seeming to laugh at Bai Ling.

Bai Ning could understand people seemingly. Seeing that the demon girl laughed at it, it shouted at her a few times again. Then it jumped back to the chair again all of a sudden and looked like it would never give up. The demon girl raised her hand again, but Bai Ling didn’t fall into her trap this time. It sat in the bamboo chair and didn’t believe that she would beat it.

Yang Ning thought this demon girl was just playing with Bai Ling, like a child, but he saw that she raised her hand and dust powder was falling on Bai Ling.

Bai Ling jumped up from the bamboo chair and fell on the floor. It stretched out its claw, trying to scratch the demon girl, but she moved backward rapidly.

Bai Ling planned to follow her, but Yang Ning saw that it suddenly turned over backward and rolled to struggle on the floor while making sharp sounds. It looked miserable. Yang Ning was scared and knew that the dust powder must be poison. This demon girl even tried to poison a monkey.

It appeared that the demon girl didn’t play with Bai Ling purposely but had evil intentions.

Seeing that Bai Ling was struggling on the floor, Tang Nuo who looked calm finally showed a worried expression on her face. She walked quickly to Bai Ling and reached out to pick it up, but she seemed to realize something. She took out two thin gloves and put them on her hands. Yang Ning saw that the gloves were light, but he didn’t know what it was made of.

After Tang Nuo put on the gloves, she pressed Bai Ling and took out a pill to put it in the monkey’s mouth. Bai Ling was struggling violently, but as soon as the pill entered its mouth, it quieted down.

Tang Nuo got up and finally said to the demon girl furiously, “You are so evil and don’t change. Do you know that you will kill yourself someday if you behave like this all the time?”

The demon girl giggled. “I am not afraid of death. If somebody can kill me, I admire him.” She blinked and then added, “Tang Nuo, do you know what the biggest mistake you have made is? You didn’t learn to use poison from my master. I know that you have learned many skills from Elder Li, and you are better at removing poison and curing wounds than me, but unfortunately…” She shook her head and tut-tutted. “You think you can be on the alert against my poison, but it’s a pity that you have been poisoned.”

Tang Nuo frowned. “What?” She stepped forward but suddenly her legs softened, and she fell down. Her expression changed all of a sudden, and even Yang Ning was astonished. He wanted to get up but felt that his strength became much weaker. Although he could still move his hands and legs, it seemed that most of his strength was drained in an instant.

The demon girl was more complacent to see Tang Nuo fall and clapped with a smile. “Tang Nuo, who do you think is more powerful, you or me? What’s the point even if you know how to remove poison? You can’t even move a bit now. Can you detoxify yourself?”

Tang Nuo furrowed her beautiful brows and questioned, “Nao, do you know what you are doing?”

Yang Ning finally knew that the demon girl was called Nao.

Tang Nuo sighed. “When did I say that I look down upon you?”

If Elder Li doesn’t come out to save you, you will die.” She looked up and continued, “I will burn this house and ruin all the herbs outside. Aha. Nao asked, “Why? Why can’t I see it forever?”

“You can ask Qiu Qianyi, and he will tell you the answer, but he won’t tell you that even he can’t see the book till death.” Tang Nuo’s tone was cold. “The book All Kinds of Herbs is not supposed to be read by you.”

Nao laughed. “I won’t worry. Elder Li is so nice to you. If your life can be exchanged for the book All Kinds of Herbs, he will take it out.” She stood up. “If I capture you, Elder Li won’t refuse to do anything as I ask.” She raised her hand and pointed to Bai Ling. “This bad monkey almost killed Big Devil and made him black and blue all over. It’s so annoying. I will cut its throat.” She grabbed the Cold Blade and walked to Bai Ling.

When she walked only two steps away, Yang Ning saw that she stopped all of a sudden, and she was shaky. Then her body softened and she screamed “Ouch” before falling on the floor.
